James is known to kill it both on and off the race course, so his focus is a board that would work well for both. This board is better for the mid to bigger individual, as the wheelbases are a little farther apart. The shape of the board is designed to put your feet close to the truck mountings for the same reason as Liam's -- control! James' board has curves up front and back, but the EFP (effective foot platform, aka the standing place between the truck mounts) is straight, as opposed to a continuous curve like Liam's board. This means that the width at the front and back foot are the same, meaning it rides the same whether riding normal or in switch. James' board is also complete with a tail, which allows him to save on space and use it as a commuter while on the race tour anywhere in the world.
